The Alvida Pirates are a group of pirates led by a female pirate name "Iron Mace" Alvida.

This group is one of the few pirate groups that is not heavily detailed and is only featured in one chapter.[1] The crew is presumably disbanded as Alvida appears with the Buggy Piratesafter her defeat. None of her underlings have been seen since, with the exception of Coby who later joined the Marines.

Although Alvida's bounty is 
5,000,000 above the average East Blue pirate, the strength of this crew is substantially below par for the standards shown later in One Piece. There is only one ship and a just fair number of crew members. Luffy quickly defeated the captain of the Alvida Pirates using his most fundamental technique, Gomu Gomu no Pistol, and by a single blow.[2] The remaining members of her crew were too scared to fight Luffy after their captain was defeated and gave in easily to his demand, to give Coby a boat so he can go and join the Marines.[3]

Added by The Alvida Pirates originally used the Miss Love Duck as their main ship. After Alvida herself was defeated by Luffy, and she left her crew and consumed the Sube Sube no Mi, she was seen on a new ship, introduced in Chapter 51's cover page and Episode 45.[4]S he met with Buggy while on it, who also was defeated by Luffy. She picked him up and they reunited with the Buggy Pirates. Neither this ship nor the Miss Love Duck has been seen since, as Alvida boarded the Big Top.[5] The entire ship is shaped like a heart in design. It has hearts that encircle the entire ship across the sides. In place of a Jolly Roger on the sail, it has eight hearts in a line. It also has a small table on one end of the ship.
